Growing Philanthropy for Boy Scouts of America

Kinetic has a decades-long tradition of helping Boy Scouts of America (BSA) councils – with over $165 million raised for BSA. The Kinetic team helps improve councils’ major gift prospect identification, qualification, cultivation and solicitation; grant research and proposal writing; campaign assessments; estate giving; annual fund planning and implementation; leadership development and more. To learn how Kinetic can help your local council, contact us at or at (866) 630-8500.

A Scout is Clean

Clean: spotless, scrubbed, free from unwanted material.

The Boy Scouts of America‘s ethos to Leave No Trace is “… an attitude rather than a set of rules. It applies to your backyard and local park as much as in the backcountry. We should all practice this in our thinking and actions – wherever we go.”

Pacific Harbors Council Boy Scouts of America Enlists Kinetic

Pacific Harbors Council Boy Scouts of America (Takoma, Wash.) is situated on the western shore of Summit Lake in Washington State. Camp Thunderbird is the Pacific Harbors Council’s premier camp offering an array of camping options and waterfront activities. The Council has enlisted Kinetic to help with fundraising for capital, regular giving and endowment goals. Pacific Harbors Council serves communities throughout most of Southwest Washington. Over 18,000 youth are served annually through local programs led by over 6,000 adult volunteers.

Read his latest blog from: “I was at the library on a recent Saturday morning wrapping up loose ends before a week on the road. I looked up from my computer and saw a man walking slowly through the lobby toward the restrooms and water fountain. As he got closer, it was evident from the pack and bedroll on his back that he was homeless and had come in for a drink after a long night outdoors. I watched him approach the water fountain, only to feel disappointment as he leaned over and pushed the button. It wasn’t working…” Go here to read more.
