He is a featured speaker on fundraising and fundraiser compensation in the United States and abroad.

Ross has a strong track record of development leadership and nonprofit management. Ross worked for the Heart of America Council, Boy Scouts of America for 14 years. During his tenure, he successfully worked in all levels of field service and supervised a staff of over 30 employees covering a 19-county metropolitan area.
Jason served as President and CEO of the Pikes Peak United Way where he managed a 35-member team and $5.5 million annual operating budget. In 2015, Jason was selected as a top-20 CEO within United Way Worldwide, earning participation in the organization’s Executive Leadership Program through the U.K.-based Center for Creative Leadership.
During Joe’s tenure as Chief Development Officer for the Lyric Opera of KC, the nonprofit increased its donor base by over 25% in one year and raised over $6 million for endowment. Joe has a MPA and Certificate in Fundraising from the Midwest Center for Nonprofit Leadership.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Murray was President of the University of Missouri-Kansas City Foundation. He has served as Vice President for external affairs at Iowa State University. During his tenure there, the University experienced record giving years, completing a $214 million campaign and a $450 million campaign a few years later.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Geoff founded a consulting company specializing in nonprofit structure, operations and startups. He also co-founded an international organization dedicated to keeping waterways safe and clean for paddlers and outdoor enthusiasts. Geoff brings a long history of community service, religious philanthropy and environmental stewardship to the Kinetic team.
Under Kristy’s direction, clients are raising millions of philanthropic dollars through direct response, strategic special events and major gift efforts. Kristy founded two nonprofit organizations and has built nonprofit from the ground up, including board development and strategic planning. She has worked with clients in sectors including education, arts and historic preservation.
Prior to joining Kinetic, Tammy served in a variety of development roles including leading and managing efforts to raise more than $8 million annually. Nonprofit experiences include work at the University of Kansas Health System, Boy Scouts of America, the Susan G. Komen Foundation and Girl Scouts of NE Kansas and NW Missouri.
